Hilton Plein founded PaperExchange.com in 1997. He led the company through formation, initail product development, growth, and an eventual exit event. Hilton received a MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and a Math degree in his native country of South Africa. His background includes management, consulting, and development positions with Tenneco Packaging, RR Donnelley & Sons, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.

Sharon Cramer has a background in Project management most recently with Allstate Insurance Company. Sharon received a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and like Hilton a Math degree in her native country of South Africa. Her background also includes teaching computer courses at several community colleges and software consulting with various companies in Chicago.

Martin Roth has a background in sales, distribution, customer service, supply chain management, project management and operations in large and mid-size corporations. He founded MASTR Business Solutions in 1996, a consulting company providing innovative, in-depth solutions for generating company growth and profitability. Marty received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the City College of New York and an MBA from Roosevelt University where he still serves on the Community Advisory board.
